Adopt a Resolution awarding a Professional Services Agreement to Environmental Science Associates in an amount not to exceed $1,237,057 for design, environmental review, and permitting services for the American Canyon Wetland Restoration and Public Access Project (PR26-0100).
Water Reclamation NPDES Permit Renewal Project
Adopt a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to award a contract to Larry Walker Associates, Inc. for the Water Reclamation Facility NPDES Permit Renewal in the amount not to exceed $98,234.
Appointment to Napa County Library Commission
Appoint by Minute Order Elizabeth Goff to the Napa County Library Commission for a three-year term ending January 31, 2029.
State Water Project Carryover Water Transfer
Adopt a Resolution authorizing the Public Works Director to agree to the attached draft term sheets with San Gorgonio Pass Water Agency (SGPWA) for a total transfer of 510 AF of Carryover Water.
Records Retention Schedule Update
Adopt a Resolution approving the updated Records Retention Schedule, authorizing the routine destruction of records in accordance with applicable law, and authorizing administrative updates to the Records Retention Schedule as needed.
Declaring Laserfiche Cloud a Trusted System and Adopting City Records Management Procedures
Adopt a Resolution declaring Laserfiche Cloud a Trusted System for the storage, management, and preservation of city records.
Adopt a Resolution approving City Records Management Procedures as the official administrative policy governing the creation, management, storage, retention, digitization, and destruction of city records in all formats.
